CPP is an intervention for children (aged 0-5) who have experienced a traumatic event and/or are experiencing mental health, attachment, and/or behavioral problems, including post traumatic stress disorder. The sessions incorporate both the child and parent or primary caregiver.
Neurofeedback is direct training of brain function, by which the brain learns to function more efficiently. We observe the brain in action from moment to moment. We show that information back to the person. And we reward the brain for changing its own activity to more appropriate patterns.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are constantly interacting and influencing one another. How we interpret or think about a situation determines how we feel about it, which then determines how we will react.

Mental performance consulting, traditionally known as Sport Psychology, often focuses on traditional mental training such as motivation, and goal setting, performance related personality characteristics such as fear of failure or performance anxiety, personal growth, athletic career counseling, or any combination of these factors.
