I believe in a holistic counseling experience that empowers individuals to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being. With a background in person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment that encourages self-exploration and healing.

Drawing from Carl Rogers' person-centered approach, I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect, helping clients feel understood and valued. This approach allows clients to tap into their own inner resources, fostering a sense of self-worth and personal autonomy. In combination with CBT techniques, I assist clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, empowering them to develop healthier coping strategies and a more positive outlook on life. I also utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help my clients who are struggling to move past traumatic experiences or stressful life events.
